Delta Zeta - ΔΖ Sorority Ratings at SFASU

before y’all wanna attack me, i was in this chapter and decided to leave for multiple reasons, so i know what i’m talking about. if you’re looking for a sorority with a solid sisterhood, go somewhere else bc dz isn’t it. i hope they’re actively trying to fix that because it’s awful how they speak about each other behind their backs. dz has a MAJOR clique problem, many groups of girls hating others for no real reason. they are very involved with their philanthropy which is a positive! but they brand themselves as “different” and “not your typical sorority” which is not true at all. a sorority is a sorority is a sorority. if any chapter tells you that they’re “different” they’re not. these girls need a real fix, and the past few (and current) exec board just aren’t the right girls to fix it. someone needs to address the problems at hand so girls don’t keep dropping because of poor treatment! that’s the reason they always cob, you lose 10-20 girls a semester you have to make up for it somehow ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I'm not gonna lie, DZ isn't bad at all. It's not what everyone makes it out to be. The main issue is they talk bad about each other in public all the time, especially EXEC and older members. They go through recruitment and talk about forgiveness nd sisterhood but they are so easy to judge each other and talk bad about people who think they are their friends. It hurts a lot of people in the sorority, im not in a sorority for this reason, but I do hang out with DZ's so I hear a lot of the gossip, and some of the girls shouldn't be talked about they way yall talk about them. I'm not being rude im just saying everything yall have is amazing, the one thing you need to work on is kindness and love with each other. It's gotten out of hand this year and its only October. I believe in you, just grow up and be nice.

The DZ's are super sweet girls and have a great sisterhood and passion for their philanthropy. What else actually matters?

going through recruitment DZ is a less desired house based on the overall look, but honestly the chapter has some of the friendliest girls but also some pretty awkward girls. they have one of the best sisterhoods on the row it seems though. they work really hard it looks like but they aren’t up there when it comes to looks, but have been great at keeping their chapter diverse. I can see an uphill road for DZ but they have to recruit better if they want to do that, most of the posts for recruitment are from other chapters which is something they need to work on.

Ignore all the zta girls who rank DZ bad here. They are a great group of girls.

I went through fall recruitment with the mind set as other that I probably wouldn’t want DZ. how ever when it came to the day when I was supposed to choose my home, I chose DZ without hesitation. My first year was without a doubt a very confusing time and I dropped DZ twice because I didn’t know who I was as a person or where I belonged. However, DZ welcomed me back and helped me realize where I belonged and where I’m loved. This sorority is hands down one of the most loving and caring sorority this school has to offer. It’s consisted of many different people with many different views, and we all make each other strong. I don’t know who I’d be without all these girls and I strongly encourage anyone to be apart of DZ. Most of the Bad comments are biased, and just not true. DZ can be a home for you, just like it is for me (:
