Theta chi is the most genuine group of guys I’ve ever met. Everyone is welcome at their house & they take care of their own really well. They act like one big family and look out for their own, including the girls that hang around them. They are super involved on campus and around nac & know how to have a good time!!

Best group of guys i’ve met, always willing to help out and put others before them. Takes care of the girls who hangout around them and are very respectful. Very diverse fraternity which is a change from the rest of the fraternities at sfa.

I know I’m a fellow Greek and this may seem biased, BUT this is my 100% honest review of Theta Chi. Truth is, I almost rushed Theta Chi (it kinda seems like a trend on campus). They have like 6 solid guys. I mean like 6 guys I’d love to hangout with, have a beer, do whatever. But the rest of the chapter is the result of their constant auto-bid system they’re using. You wanna be a Theta Chi? Do it. Anyone can. That’s the problem. Other than their obvious top guys, it’s a really really weird mix of fellas. Their parties aren’t good (you have to stay on their little ass back porch). Every hood rat that doesn’t even go to SFA pulls up to their parties. They’re doing a good job at faking being a top tier, but when those 6 guys leave, so will the fraternity. Believe me or don’t, it’s still the truth.

Functional Fraternity But Bids anyone and everyone they can get their hands on This makes for a very clicky fraternity with drama and a mixed bag of people. There’s a difference between being diverse and just being weird.

Best group of guys I’ve met! They take care of each other and if you spend any time with or near them at all it’s clearly a true brotherhood. They also take care of the girls they hangout with really well too. & the parties are the best!
