Theta pi phi kappa in that order all good but theta pi phi did best kappa flopped sad to see them not be good anymore

One good rush doesn’t change everything. Kappa and theta have had years of dominating relationships with frats. Pi phi is definitely better respected among the new PCs… and I could see things changing in two years or so. But theta will always be top due to alumni and kappa always brings crazy energy.
