Phi Sigma Phi - ΦΣΦ Fraternity at University of Wisconsin, Stout - UWS 3.2 I agree with another ranking of their sweatshop parties full of dudes. However, I thought they were great until I’ve heard some things about their reputation that makes me not interested. Also if you call them a “frat” they will get so mad, it’s funny.
