Delta Chi - ΔΧ Fraternity at Southern Illinois University Edwardsville - SIUE 5.0 Best Frat at SIUE. The guys are really nice and their parties are chill. They don't get stupid and you can feel really safe with them. I think they are the best frat at Edwardsville.
