Chi Delta - would they go international?

So I’m part of an national non panhel and we wanted to reach out to Chi Delt, would they ever consider affiliating with a national?

I think they should! Chi Delt has been a top tier local but they deserve to be part of a national. Panhel HQs fumble chapters like this and they should see if you guys offer something decent to them

No bc they used to be tri delt and they’re purposefully not national
