Everything about this house is utterly absurd. Every time I meet the bros here its an absolute fever dream. Half the house is fairly responsible, the other half are the biggest degenerates I have met.

What popularity lol. SJSU sigma chi one of the weakest chapters nationally and have no presence on campus besides getting 3rd or 4th place in philanthropies lmaooo

Needs a frat mansion not a fraternity house. Designed for living in not for partying. The bros here need to entertain us more, they're all too comfortable. Walked in to 6 bros upstairs having beers and watching football when the house was full of women downstairs. Too many of these guys are in a relationship, yea they friendly but thats not why we show up.
