One of the top houses so some of the members are full of themselves. Parties are frequent and fun. Make up most of the RAs in some dorms. Known to be gentleman. Weak Spring 22 PC.

tbh they fell off because the guys in there right now only joined for the clout. there are some good guys still there but the majority just aren't as nice or fill the "gentleman" description they once had. everyone loved dsp for being authentic and now they just are clout chasers & hang with aphi for "clout". shoutout to the guys in the house that are goal getters and work hard, because most are lazy and let things slide. and the lazy ones only put effort in parties.

most genuine guys on campus. so trustworthy and have great values. always looking out for people and definitely surround themselves with goal oriented people. also, their parties are the best, everyone talks about dsp and how lit their parties are. you definitely either want to be a dsp or be friends with a dsp.

DSP is pretty much top house, never had an issue there the parties are always good and always packed. They are not only involved in greek life but some of their members are on associated student body for sjsu and IfC board they’re very social and have a great social media presence they seem like they care abt quality over quantity which makes the brotherhood strong
