Times have changed for this frat. Used to go over there feeling safe but it seems like every week there is a new "case" popping up. Some of their old heads were chill but the newer guys are creepy. The parties are cool and they are grinding philos fs but even then it seems downhill from here.

Yes these dudes are considered “top house” but their brothers have a very bad reputation around campus. A lot of them are egotistical little boys that are insecure asf. There are some genuine and nice guys in this frat but many that I have met have been very rude and not classy. Their parties go crazy though but still doesn’t make up for their lack of classiness.

DSP just does its own thing. Throw great parties, raise tens of thousands of dollars for philos, and focus on their brotherhood rather than hating on others. Meet some of the bros before making assumptions. Top House? No. That doesn't exist at a school with such a weak greek life. But, still a great group of guys and with a good head on their shoulders.
