just because you hang out with them doesn't make them cool. no one cares about the stupid fraternity of the year award.

Hmm, idk where all this hate comes from. If you add their newest pledge class they have about 100 members and I'd say about 25-30 you could classify as "nerds" or "weird" so the people saying this is a weird fraternity are pretty off-base. The majority are guys that could be in any other fraternity on campus (looks and demeanor-wise). They do have SOME weird guys, but I think ppl are jealous mostly because they already won Fraternity of the Year despite only being on campus since 2008.

NEW ON GREEKRANK
By: JoycePosted:
Their house isn't that big but their brother hood are great. They greet each other very nice and very polite. When I came to their parties they were so welcome and did not make it awkward. Their after parties for shamrock was the best party. I wish they threw more parties but their house cant hold that much. Hopefully a new house soon. Guys are great. See them around on campus everywhere.

Not the best house, not the best parties. But probably the best group of guys and probably the best brotherhood. I regret not rushing them this semester, but I look forward to rushing them in the spring.

These guys may not have the biggest house, but they make up for it with their exceptionally close brotherhood and professional attitudes. They may not throw ragers but they are all around good guys and they are very unique.

In a league of their own. Honestly nothing like other fraternities and they dominate in every category that matters. Don't fit the stereotypical "frat" at all, which is something others might hold against them or claim to be "uncool." Also, very respectful to women.

Fantastic chapter....they have much to be proud of. They have to be doing something right, to be the largest or second largest chapter, after only being around 4-5 years. Heavily involved on campus, diverse membership, holds several leadership positions on campus, high GPAs and no problems with the city or University. To boot, they were given an award by their nationals....top 7 national chapters, and are also the Fraternity of the Year at SJSU.
