sorority comments

no they aren't? they're known for being smart & nice. there are def other sororities that fulfill the "awkward artsy" girl stereotype. kappas are really good at uk actually, i dont understand where you're getting this from. and no, i'm not a kappa, i just genuinely like them and have never considered them anything less than a solid mid tier.

What are some good things to know that will help me stand out the first day and be remembered by the sororitys

first of all know that everything posted on this website is pretty much wrong. it's just a lot of petty bashing. the best thing you can do is seem enthusiastic and interested in what the sorority does on campus and what they stand for, etc. there's really no trick. you just show your personality and find a place where you 'click'. :)

Do sophomores have any chance of making it into a sorority during fall rush?

And don't just go for "top tiers" unless they're right for you. I was sure I wanted one of the top tiers until the last day when I realized I didn't remember a single convo with girls from that house, but felt like I was already friends with the girls at a mid tier I preffed

Sophomores are definitely considered! It is a little bit more difficult to get in as one, but all the sophomores I went through rush with ended up getting in. It can really help you too, if you are a returning student and not a transfer, b/c you already know the true on-campus reputations and maybe have friends in sororities who can put in a good word for you.

Why aren't there links for those sororities? Is there somewhere girls going through rush can see comments specifically about them?
