COB does not determine best houses. Plenty of bouse don't COB everything, and plenty of touse COB some. People leave houses mid semester for graduation, financial issues, lack of time to commit, transfer, and sometimes because they just don't like sorority life in general.

This is all made up by a few of the people in the houses who get on here to try to make their house look good, lol. Who do you think is looking at this besides people already in a frat or sorority. Hilarious. The ones on the “bottom” are the only ones who don’t waste their time on here. Lol
