Idk why people are saying chi O isnt top? coming from someone in a middle tier chapter, chi o is definitely top, they always get their top pick of girls and they dont have a lot of people drop. tri delt deserves to be lower LOWER top. Especailly wiht the way they recruited this past year. I havent heard too many bad rumors but ive heard nothing but bad things about tri delt so that has to tell u something
