I'm an alum of Sigma Chi and what it has come to is very disappointing. They try to disrespect our tradition, like the giving of 7 chains, by making it what it is not. This fraternity is sucking the life out of boys. Young men do not join this fraternity now. Go Sigma Nu or Pi Kap. We used to all have fun and now those are the only two.

Classic fraternity boys. Clean cut, good looking, dressed well, usually pretty smart, etc. Most of them are pretty state-schoolish, but it is hard to stereotype them because there are so many different extremes. Some guys are really strong in their faith while others are not. Some go out all the time while some never do. Some people criticize them for being 'elitist' just know that this is somewhat true too. Yeah they're nice and hot but if you don't become tight with them freshman year it is hard to break into their friend group. Idk they can just be elitist in terms of who they hang out with and all of their parties are closed invite. Also, they pretty much dominate all areas of the business school
