pros: nice, pretty, large, well established. cons: initiate girls they don't really want in order to make quota, have a party reputation. Overall, they are more social and more liked than the other two in "the big three."

These girls are great. They don't throw themselves at boys. They get rated as being "under the radar," but they are truly being classy and not overly concerned with image. The girls are very much about sisterhood and have the tightest pledge classes...girls in other sororities have said they aren't close to their pledge classes. They are actually really involved (they got best Philanthropy work at Greek awards), hosting the Greek Gods and Goddesses event this year, which was a hit! Definitely make loyal friends, if not sisters! :)

The best. Attractive, driven, intelligent. Strongest house on campus, although chi o is a very close 2nd.

Easily the best fraternity on campus. I see people say that they "suck up to administration", but it is probably because they are definitely the nicest guys at Samford, so administration likes them. From an independent's perspective, these guys dominate rush.

Some times these guys get a bad rap because they know how to have fun and they got in trouble because of one reason... they are the only fraternity on campus that resembles a state school at all... sometimes they could use a little humbling. I hang out with these guys and one other fraternity, stand up guys

props to AOII! they have stayed classy and true despite overly bad criticism. they def have more sweet and down to earth girls than the bigger ones. getting stronger every year.
