These sisters are great and have a wonderful organization. This semester has been difficult on them because many changes have been being made through WSU and their IHQ. Along with this, the older l girls have not been as involved and attendance has been low. I expect a full turn around next year.

Dphie has some really amazing women, but it's also been having a lot of issues as of late. There's been a lot of changes on campus, and many girls are stuck in their ways hoping nothing will change. There's definitely been a lot of fighting amongst the women and petty drama. I hope they get it together soon.

Have a lot of friends in this organization and I considered rushing but they seem to always have drama, the women are not very diverse (check their Instagram. It's the same few girls in every single picture.) The friends I have in this sorority don't seem to talk about the sisterhood or service aspects but just gossip about each other and drink.they seem to lack communication skills and their executive board seems rather biased at times.

NEW ON GREEKRANK

From the outside, I was drawn into the fun sisterhood trips, cool outfits, and outgoing women. Once I joined I was disappointed at the lack of sisterhood. There is extremely low attendance at all events, except those that involve and after parties, and boys, or booze. Girs are extremely rude to one another and slander each other and other organizations. They focus on their outfits and image more than they do on supporting each other and lifting each other up. Very disappointed with the experience as a whole.

The women in this chapter of Delta Phi Epsilon really strive to be wholesome individuals in their community and academics. Everyday I hear some new, fun idea and continuous support amounts sisters. I truly believe that the sisters strive to uphold their principles of justice, sisterhood and love.

Every org has clicks and DPE does too but not in a bad way. All the groups come together to form an amazing sisterhood. The philanthropies they do have given thousands of $$ to the local community and the women are involved in other clubs and organizations all over Winona. Plus they're the only sorority with a house which is great for hosting community events.

I'm not in this sorority, but some of my friends are and I've heard a lot of drama coming from it. They seem to fight a lot and party a lot. Also, I've heard that some girls just seem to join for the "aesthetic". It's not all bad. They do have some awesome philanthropy and are very involved. They just need to work on their leadership and communication so there's less fighting.

poor sisterhood, lack of attendance for events, sisters do not support one another. they are quick to turn their back, gossip about each other, and are not loyal. You cannot trust anyone to have your back. they seem great on social media but thats as good as it gets. very surface level relationships, extremely snobbish and definitely do not stand for their values of justice, sisterhood, or love.
