Which frats are trending up, looking for more of the bottom tier frats or the ones that just got back on. which ones have potential

Trending up that’s not already considered top: I would say zeta psi cause they have a nice house and can mix with other good green orgs
Just got back to campus: only one I’ve heard doing pretty good is sigma chi I haven’t even heard about other ones coming back
