what is the point
by: OofI rushed last year as a freshman in a sorority and it was fun, but now I just think it takes my money and I don't even know if I am friends with the girls. So like can someone just explain what the actual point of being in a sorority is? Are there any benefits to it or should I drop

You get what you put into it. If you are just there to take what you can get instead of becoming involved then there is no benefit to anyone. The girls who actively reach out to get to know other members, contribute to their sisterhood, step up to leadership positions, and make their chapter better are the ones who understand 'the point.' Try not being a dead weight.
