how does recruitment work

could anyone who's actually a sister participating in the recruitment process give some insight? like after the open house convos, do the 2-3 girls who talked to the Pnm discuss if shed be a good fit and then ultimately give a yes/no to recruitment chair or something? and then how does philanthropy round work? is it essentially the same type of convos as open house just with diff sisters?

Don't worry about something you can't do anything about. Focus on yourself and rushing well. Every sorority has their own method of membership selection, which is unique and private to them. They are all looking for girls who are a good fit, so three words: cute, sweet, fun - that is the kind of sister they all want.
