Frat: TKE, PKT...all need to improve their sorority relations, and get some fire pledge classes. If that happens they could see improvement. A lot of other lower tiers just have too much stigma/suck too much rn to have potential (DU, SAMMY, etc)
sorority: AXO...have potential bc they’re new and making efforts to get themselves out there. All the other lower tier sororities are stagnant/on the decline. AGD is rising but they’re in mid tier status now

DU just hasn’t had strong pledge classes, their hottest guys all graduated and just got a house but it lowkey sucks. Their guys are known for being kinda creepy and sororities dont want to do anything With them

this isn’t true, DU has decent sorority relations and is def on the rise. their house is also fine, sig chi used to be top dogs when it was theirs

that house actually sucks. the house was more or less a nightclub when it was sig chi. when they got kicked out they renovated it and now it’s worse than DUs satellite houses lmao. it will do nothing for them

I can see AXO being above DG by next semester and maybe within the next 2-3 years... Phi Mu appears to be going down so maybe they will take their spot?
AGD appears to being moving up? Might be equals to SDT within the next year or two?
GPhi is known to be top-tier but apparently is slipping... But I still consider them top along with Phi Sig and ZTA
And I'm guessing time will tell for SK... best of luck ladies!
