Anyone been to any parties at their new house yet? How are they?

There considered mid tier at Rutgers. They consistently throw good parties which tons of girls are always tryna go to. They just dont have amazing relations. They just got a new lettered house which should really make there parties even better and make them even more known. Other than that there a decent mid tier frat.
