Why the hate on a group of guys you do not know? Are you upset that your lame ass fraternity could not get its act together to rent the mansion?

So they have alums willing to stick their necks out financially to support the new chapter and house. I guess brotherhood and dedication to future generations matter to this fraternity. What has your alumni ever done for your fraternity? Outside of Chi Psi does any other fraternity have alumni that care? I guess your alumni drink and disappear after they graduate.
