sdt or phi mu

I know it wont be until axo takes their pledge class but are sdt or phi mu taking more COBs this spring and/or are they planning on participating in fall rush How would you find that out Asking now to see because if not I might consider axo

ALSO how the hell do you get a COB?? does it help to have lots of friends in a sorority??
