When will SDT announce where their new house is? Heard it’s on Richardson but like no idea where or if that’s even true

I heard they still haven't signed a lease and are just lying about having a new house... would explain why they havent said anything about it yet

Chi Phi owns their house, they;re taking it back and they're definitely not getting Kappa Sig, they cant even fill their small house rn, they wouldnt be able to fill kappa sig

heard their dues are going to get much higher with the new house so we’ll see what happens. Their only redeeming thing was that they were the cheapest chapter on campus

sdt is basically irrelevant now anyway so if they end without a house it’s pretty much over for them
