real fraternity tiers

From someone who's not even in a fraternity, here's the real, honest rankings

Top: theta chi, chi phi

upper mid: pike, pi kapp (not as big as pike but they are on the rise)

mid: chi psi, phi psi, delta phi, tke, dke & AEpi bc they have a nice ass house

after this everyone is kinda irrelevant
