alpha gamma delta or delta gamma?

Currently going through recruitment and got called back to these two. Need pros, cons, and opinions! Which frats do they mix with... just curious. Also, is it true if you are a junior sororities like phi mu and phi sig don’t take you?

AGD is on the rise DG has been stagnant. AGD is getting a brand new house in September. DG has a more stable reputation. Both have really nice girls and both are lower tier so they don’t mix with the best frats (but honestly what frats are even left at this point to mix with?)
