Keep in mind this is 2019 ranks, some frats that are kicked off will have this last spring 2018 semester to be relevant (TDX, Skull, Phi Delt, machi) but will lose relevancy by 2019, so here we go:
1. Theta Chi
2. Chi Phi (sleeper pick)
3. Pike
4. Phi Psi (sleeper pick)
5. Kappa Sig (probably last year being relevant)
6. Chi Psi
7. TKE
8. Pi Kapp
9. Delta Phi
10. DKE

There's a reason I said chi phi and phi psi are sleeper picks at their spots, I don't think people really know but chi phis relations have gotten really really good. My gut is that they will be a top 3 frat come next year. for phi psi the house is doing major renovations that will be finished by the fall they are pretty much doubling the size of their main floor and basement..And I just feel like their relations will improve as most girls me and my friends have heard from like them a lot already. Could be too high but that's what sleeper picks are supposed to be bold statements

im best friends with one of the brothers in kappa sig and he and all his other brothers said theyre taking a mid semester pc, its a fact.

Are we seriously going to say "Pi kapp" is relevant? I've never even heard of them until a post like 2 days ago. They are definitively nothing.

Pi kapp is at least relevant without a doubt they have undisputed best dage house and have brothers at 18 and they've actually had mixers with zta, gphi. Not too many but they've had some. In no way are they irrelevant
