I have a mutual who’s roommate is in this frat great brotherhood they all care for each other and frat is rising in terms of brotherhood recruitment and social life in general, maybe a better house but all in all frat has a bright future in the coming years

Oooof pretty small space to throw a party, last party my friends and I went to some girl got stretchered out, big brotherhood but heard they bid anyone and everyone which u can kinda tell due to their insane makeup of people some bots in it for sure

Ooof parties always get shut down quick due to their location, brothers were very disrespectful towards my friends, only thing going for them is their house being on college ave which they’ll probably lose in 3-4 years due to Sammy owning the house

Not the top fraternity but not the lowest above average for sure but the guys are very respectful to my friends and other girls also parties are always fun especially during the fall

Solid B tier fraternity, but the brothers are the biggest group of cornballs ever. They are off campus so are very limited to just parties and that’s about it.

They have a very solid party scene if that what your into, but it’s a geed fest. They don’t mix with anyone really but their parties are decent. Party space is pretty small though. They have decent ammount of brothers but highkey lack a bit of classiness. They would be pretty good if they were more classy and didn’t instant bid everyone that walks through their doors since they have some herbs.
