overall pretty or hot, know how to party and shockingly get good grades....never figured out why. they are all over campus and a lot of girls wanted them but got cut. this year theta went from being a solid 4th to definitely top 3. not the classiest, but hey thats not the worst thing. definitely fun chill girls you can rock out with then chill with. personally top 2 for me but i see the argument going to pi phi, kappas out now

They are one of the best sororities in terms of fun, but less so in terms of sisterhood. Lots of cliques within the sorority, and I know that they often fight a lot within the sorority. Based on these categories alone though, they score highly in terms of popularity (THREE frats asked them to Homecoming next year) and attractiveness.

They're a high middle tier-lower upper tier house. Decently pretty, good GPA, but they are known for being full of drama (crying. a lot of crying). and they have a bit of an attitude problem. They think of themselves as a top house, which hurts them (see their low numbers during recruitment, due to over-cutting of PNMs) I'd rather go Theta than Chi O any day, but they're not at Kappa/PiPhi levels
