Things to know before you rush: Theta is a sort of forgettable house. They're very split down the middle, some are tridelt style partiers, and some are DG style stay at home girls and this causes a rift in the houe. Known for being fairly smart, and fairly pretty. They are known to be a little stuck up. They have a decent rep.

Not a ton to say about Theta. Upper Middle tier, but the most divided of the houses on sorority court. Half of them are pretty party girls, and half of them are pretty twamp-types (hey, someone's gotta raise that GPA)

totally agree with the post below, but i'm not retyping all of that. theta's definitely the top OUTSIDE of the top 3, then kd after theta.

the are a normal, upper middle-tier sorority with nice girls,pretty girls, smart girls, twampy girls, the whole mix, just like every other sorority on campus. they got a high gpa this semester, good for them. never going to be top 3, but never going to be bottom 3 either. a few of the freshmen are annoying, but overall theta is a middle-of-the-road sorority that fills the niche certain girls rushing are looking for. very social girls, and definitely classy. some girls are hot, but they are not top 3 hot, but most are pretty cute girls. they need to not be so full of themselves in recruitment. but i do have to say that theta is the most friendly towards other sororities, every one i know is roommates with a pi phi or chi o or kappa or kd. overall they are somewhere in the middle and pretty good, not as sororityty or hot as top sororities but they have a cool group of girls and i can respect that.

not the hottest (kappa) or the most fun (pi phi, chi o), but solid in both areas. they seem to be the most involved around campus, and have the best GPA. finally a sorority that's apparently not in trouble.

best gpa, but whine about not being a top house too much. during recruitment, they try to make people think they're top tier by cutting tons of pnms, but it completely backfired on them this year, and they've got some girls now that just seem out of place...

they really don't have any hard partiers... there are a few girls that go out, but they'll usually just hang out in their boyfriend's room in a unit. they're definitely cute and smart enough, but dull and gossipy for the most part.
