Plain and simple. Horse thetas, dark/anti-thetas, and your “typical” thetas. If you have a personality or are “slightly” quirky go anywhere else. One on one sisters are alright but together beware.

I’m sorry, but I absolutely can’t stand the vibe of this house. It’s just about every bad sorority stereotype in one place. Some nice individual girls, but lord. I know it’s wrong, but most were happy to see them struggle in recruitment this year. Pi Phi and Tri Delt got many girls they wanted. Might not be the third most desired house (behind KKG&XO) for much longer unless thwy stop being sooooo petty.
