These girls definitely take school seriously. As a whole they go out less than other top tiers, but just like in any sorority, there is a solid group that parties and goes out a good amount. Really sweet, the most involved of all the top tiers, and overall great looking girls. Wife material for sure

Honestly, you don't hear a ton about them on a regular basis and you don't see them come out in groups as much as other sororities. But definitely the most attractive sorority overall. That statement isn't said much because you don't see Thetas out in the open as much; that being said the attractive Thetas are hidden gems, making them even more desirable. get a chance to meet them if you can.

this is where the smart but normal girls are lol. Hard to define this sorority other than than that. they are involved in tons of stuff. lots are in relationships so that brings down they don't go hard like chio. too bad.

Theta has always been big on grades, but they were usually all cute looking girls. Now they all look REALLY nerdy. They were rising for a while, but the nerdy pledge class this year brought them down.
