Theta rushes based on looks. Almost 70% of the PNMs are dropped after the first round. No other sororities do this because it's not enough time to get to know the girls, but if you're only looking for certain features it's fine. This leads to getting a lot of diverse personalities so there's some tension between certain girls. Overall they're nice and pretty involved on campus.

Top tier but weird mix. some super awesome pretty girls but equal number of weird, strange girls. not very cohesive and i don't really understand what their reputation is/why frats like them

Top tier but they're weird af. Highly doubt that its a coincidence that all the girls are so skinny. Part of the reason the chapter is so disjointed is because they rush on looks and GPA, so personality doesn't really factor in. The way the rush is also drastically different from their personalities -- they act like they go hard and are most loved, but really they go out as average and frats have mixed feelings on them. Some girls def end up disappointed

Theta is all over the board and very inconsistent. Some members are very preppy and others are nerdy and then there are some weirdos. They are all very talkative and sometimes a bit annoying but overall a nice group of girls... If nice is what you're into.

strange group as a whole - members are rushed on looks and GPA - so when you put them all together, personalities are really different. overall, nice group of girls though who are very involved on campus.
