These guys aren't really a fraternity regardless of how you look at it. Yeah some of their guys are nice but they are literally the personification of bottom tier. Apparently they X'ed rushes hands the other night lmao

These guys are nice, and THROW good parties but don't really PARTY themselves. Sure they're rising and what not, but they need to up their game this semester/year to get on kdr/dphi level.

Great parties that are always very popular and very crowded. Lots of fun and really nice guys. Definitely consider their house to be one of the "safer" fraternity houses!

OK so there not top tier obviously, but I have to point out that this frat is getting better faster than any other. Awesome dudes, that know how to throwdown. The younger guys are way more like pikas and dphis then the older dudes that are like ato and ka.

Very small and not well known in the past but very much on the rise. They've seemed to pop straight out of the ground this past year throwing ragers that need to get shut down by the cops. Latest pledge class shows good prospects, can't wait to see how they'll be in a year or two.

Coming from a rush who ended up in another frat last year, they're pusssies for sure. However if partying hard and being a bro was all it took to be a good frat, why isn't KA top tier? In any case these guys are on dchi and maybe maybe catching up to dphi/kdr levels. There older dudes absolutely suck, are wierd, and hold the frat back. Their sophomore class though (the guys that stuck around during my rush) are cool af, and are going to make this frat legit for sure.
