Honestly they are a solidly 'ok' group. By no means anything above middle tier. Average in basically every sense of the word.

Huge brotherhood, so big a lot of them don't even know each other. Doesn't make for a good dynamic. I don't know a lot of D Chi's and we don't mix with them so it's hard to get a feel other than that.
