Not top tier, but you are not going to be when you are only like 5(?) years old. The older guys are sometimes weird, but the newer guys rock. Def Mid tier and rising. The sophomores and freshmen are awesome. Needs some work, but yeah

I'd say at this point they are middle tier. Definitely not top but also not bottom. In the fraternity its basically between the guys that want to take the frat forward and make a change, and the ones that want to hold them back and are fine with the status quo. Next rush is going to be important to see which side will come out on top.
