Alpha Tau Omega - ΑΤΩ Fraternity at College of William & Mary - WM 4.4 Not top tier, but you are not going to be when you are only like 5(?) years old. The older guys are sometimes weird, but the newer guys rock. Def Mid tier and rising. The sophomores and freshmen are awesome. Needs some work, but yeah
