Hardest frat to get a bid from?

What is the hardest fraternity to get a bid from? I’m rushing in the fall and i want to get a bid to a good house

Sigma chi by a far. They have the coolest and biggest house and give out a fraction of the number of bids other houses give out. I heard this past fall they only gave out 30 bids while other houses gave out upwards of 70.
