Very intelligent young group of men. You'd think they all came from the same womb with how tight their brotherhood is. Great balance of partying and school, very bright futures for most of them.

You will catch something when you go inside this house. Rats in the basement, cleaned once a month, a lot of the brothers have problems with each other too. No fraternity men live here. Just a bunch of geeds who need an excuse to drink all week

They throw great parties and give free rides home to girls at the end. I've never regretted a moment there. A top house for sure.
