Top :
KA Theta (Best Parties, Long and Wealthy Alumni Presence, Best Land, Good chapter size 35+, Best Party Barns, and KA house is beside Judacala, est 1950s)

Middle :
Sig Ep - (mediocre Landing House, mid alumni presence, but good smart guys that are athletic, a real house could put them in the top, still good chapter size in the 30s, est 1980s)
Lambda - (Nice satellite house that use to be KAs and Pi Lams, good guys, solid group, great alumni presence, has gotten smaller pcs the past couple years and really need a couple big pc’s to keep their momentum, could go from mid to top with KA and Theta if they don’t keep getting a 5 man PC, haze a little extra for what it’s worth, wealthy old alumni chapter est 1970s)
Alpha Sig - (bid every guy who comes to rush and stay big, good parties, no real house and no alumni presence is why their mid at best Est 2021, only frat with a village house cause western keeps taking them away from frats for breaking rules, partying, drinking in the house, etc bs, probably will lose their village house like everyone else)

Mid/Bottom Mid
SAE - (good off campus bullpen house, newer alumni presence Est 2005, have became a smaller chapter due to small pcs)
Sig Chi (Great Land, Great Alumni, but struggle to compete with Theta beside them, smaller chapter, on the rise but small pcs have hurt them, est 90s)
Pike (huge Mansion with Great Alumni but terrible rep from hazing in the past, great guys now, but bottom mid instead of mid cause their Halloween party was dead when Theta and KAs were packed, on the rise but small pcs, will always have the best house/land because of great alumni est. 1970s)

Bottom:
Pi Lam (No house, great land, good alumni est 1970s but not rich like KA/Pike/Lambdas Alumni, not really the stereotype frat, will always be around at western but is just not what u picture a frat but great guys)
Pi Kapp (No house, almost extinct, has like a 10-15 man chapter size for the past 2 years, old alumni chapter Est 1960s but not rich or close)
Delta Sig - (No house, no land, just came back after being kicked in 2022, has like 5 guys so more like a club rn with no charter, great alumni presence Est 1950s)
