stop asking about the bmi requirement

For the last time.. Panhel is putting rules in effect this fall that require those going through recruitment to have a certain BMI or lower to go along with the school's new health initiative. It's outlined in detail in the orientation packet and I'm sure it'll be on the greek life website at some point if not already.
