Delta Phi Epsilon - ΔΦΕ Sorority at West Chester University of Pennsylvania - WCUP 4.4 Great group of girls. They're down to earth, social and very involved in campus. Even though they were finally beat by ATO in Greek week(after a 5 year winning steak), these women are extremely competitive and involved. They're a fun group to hang out with and some of my best friends are Deephers.
