Delta Phi Epsilon - ΔΦΕ Sorority at West Chester University of Pennsylvania - WCUP 4.0 their ranking is not great, but some of the sweetest girls are in this chapter. I can tell the chapter pushes people to be themselves and I really love that. I'm glad they don care about rankings because honestly they're nice, they have great friendships, they're pretty, and they do a lot for there charity
