Pi Kappa Phi - ΠΚΦ Fraternity at West Chester University of Pennsylvania - WCUP 3.6 Universally hated by most of WCU's greek system due to their egos. They do throw raging parties, but a lot of the guys don't have any control and often get overly rowdy and destroy their own house.
