They are far from the same level. There's a gap between the top 3 and KD and a big difference between #1 and #7. And no, not "everyone" wants to join these houses. I would agree that they are more desirable for the majority (with the possible exception of Theta because Theta definitely has a vibe that doesn't appeal to everyone.) But you make it sound like nobody wants to be in any houses but these, which just isn't true. You've posted this so many times on here.

So many emojis and all caps. Seems I struck a nerve. I never said Theta was a bad house, they just have a reputation for being more serious and academic and not everyone wants that. They’re still a great house with a great reputation. Calm down.

I think Kappa and DG are pretty much interchangeable, so it’s silly to argue about which one is #1. Same with Aphi and KD tbh, although I’d rank Aphi just barely higher. And yah AXO is 100% above Theta. 🤷♀️
