what fraternities are doing informal spring?

Fraternity and Sorority recruitment are way different in the sense of how things are done. Especially for spring recruitment. It's not as formal and put together as sorority recruitment. But I think a good amount of houses do it. Talk to guys you know in houses and ask if they're doing it. Or go on the WSU IFC website and contact the recruitment chairs.
