Well their nickname is "Delta Oops-I-Signed" sooo....

They're not really high up there with parties at all and they're basically bottom tier.But their actual house is pretty nice.

But just rush and talk to them and see how it goes.

Wouldn't say bottom their, their much better off than Acacia FH Delta Chi or Sigma Pi. They party for sure, kinda have the rap for a really easy house to get into. I have a bunch of DU friends, they are in trouble though as a house
