Theta Chi - ΘΧ Fraternity at Washington State University - WSU 5.0 What people don't understand is that while Theta Chi was falling due to their troubles, they fixed that. Only a true top house can be on a down turn (in trouble) and dig themselves out of the hole internally before it gets worse. I'm not in the house, but me and my chapter will remain friends with the house. Besides, most people either use the trouble excuse or say they're douches and have never even really met them. Big 3 forever
