Theta Chi - ΘΧ Fraternity at Washington State University - WSU 4.6 Theta Chi is clearly a top house nationally. They are top in the SEC/South (Bama, UFlorida, FSU, Auburn, Georgia, etc,) Big Ten/ Midwest/ East Coast (UMich, Purdue, Indiana, Rutgers, Maryland, Syracuse), California (SDSU, Long Beach State, cal poly, etc.) As far as the Washington State chapter is concerned, I feel that they are underrated.

Theta Chi is clearly a top house nationally. Theta Chi - ΘΧ Fraternity at Washington State University - WSU 1.0 These boys are just incredibly rude. Every Theta Chi I have meet is a douche. Make sure you are clean if you party with them.
