Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Washington State University - WSU 4.2 Known for how much they party. They are alright looking, either really cute, or awkward and weird. The guys I have met are really cool and fun though. I think they have a chance of being top house next semester if they aren't super creepy.

The guys were alright looking, but were super awkward and playing beer pong with themselves when there was a bunch of girls there. Can you say awkward? Only good for the party room.
